Normally it's the app one uses to read the file which determines how
it reads whether all together or if one can read line by line. Try
installing an app called AccessNote which is made by APH I believe.
You can get it from the Google Play Store. There are also many other
text editors one can try until one finds the one that suits one's
needs.
