hi all. I have been having alot of trubble with my kindle for pc with
accessibillidey plug in. I tried to install the newest version and make it work
with jaws. I am running jaws 18. well jaws 17 I should say since I don’t want
to do the upgrade yet. anyways. I finley got it working using
KindleForPC-Accessibility-installer-1.14.43034.exe after calling amazon. the
problum I am having is that on my dell laptop witch is a 64 os when I installd
the KindleForPC-Accessibility-installer-1.14.43034.exe my books are not there.
in fact my lybary is blank. and yet on this pc running a 32 bit os and windows
10 the books are all there. I just got off the phone with amazon.ca and they
couldn’t figgure out what was going on. there only explination is that when you
go to register that the plugin for accessibillidey was blocking the window for
registeration. the only thing I can get it to do when I try to register it it
pops up a combo box that says amazon.com but when you hit enter on it nothing
happens and there is no option to register with amazon.ca witch is what I am
using. any help with this would be grait. many thanks. from Mich.
