Hi Ginnie. I wrote that in a message to list.
Here is the corporate switchboard. I would describe your question and
needs asking for someone in the Fire tablet section.
Now, this is what my screenreader throws back every time that I go to
the Amazon website. But, I get a switchboard. And, my results have
been great, no matter what this number links to!

Note that Fire tablet preference can be personal with many factors
moving someone to that preference. I have talked about my 6 inch fire
tablet that has Alexa but not a sd-card slot. However, it seems to be
the only Fire tablet (so far that I know of) with the voice activation
for the virtual keyboard. But, my other Fire tablet is the 7 inch
which I find to be a great device for the price. I use a separate
bluetooth keyboard but no case for either.
Stay well ... William

Hello all, recently someone suggested on this list that there was a
favorite phone number, the corporate number I think was mentioned, to talk
about the amazon fire tablets with an amazon tech support person. It
would
be great if I could have this number to call, or any other number that
would
be helpful. I am having a few issues with my e mail that sometimes makes it
slow to open all my e mails in a timely way , but I usually make it a
priority to get e mails from this list. I am sure I can figure all this
out,
even though the fire tablets are new tech to me but a conversation with
tech support would be helpful as I decide which device to get. I am
thinking
many of you would suggest the amazon eight with case and keyboard, Right?
Any input is deeply appreciated. Best, Ginnie
