I did follow the Amazon instructions, selected the same program you did, and it
work. However, did you actually try to start an episode, then stop it, then go
into the menu? I think that might be necessary. I don't remember, since I did
this a few weeks ago. And I guess my memory isn't what it used to be. But it
seems to me that that is what I did.
