hi. my kindle fire 6" updated to the newest os on tuesday. it happened
while i was out for about an hour and had left the kindle on with an
audio presentation paused.
at first was kinda cold to the update.
by the second day was warming up.
by today i think it is a great improvement.
one is that to open swiped up not left. new gestures added and some
are restricted from the former. swiping left and right are the major
screen movers. before one could do swipes in just about any direction.
so, the swiping is tighter. so are the taps to open and move. that
took some time to get used too. but, now like it. the movement on the
screen is also smoother.
and, on the app screen you are given more information than just the app. nice.
