Hi William,
Thank you for all of your help. Not just for me, but all of the help
you provide for so many of us. You make things much easier.

Hi Carol. I went into quick settings/settings/sounds and mucked around
with all of the volumes but nothing changed.
I then called Amazon help and they didn't think there was a way to
increase the charm volume although they spoke of a volume increaser
app that when I get the email will install and find if it makes any
difference.
You're not alone in hearing this chime. That's why I often use
ear-buds or my headphones. But, volume control? Yes, that should be an
option. On my short list for the accessibility team, or, just a short
email to Peter himself!
Stay tuned.
Stay well ... William

Hi William,
Is there a way to make Alexa's chime a little louder without changing my
other volume settings? I do not hear it chime quite often and she will
ding at me and say something that doesn't necessarily make sense or will
say something about not knowing what I am talking about. Of course,
that last one is heard quite a bit around here, grin. Thanks.
