Are updates sent automatically, if you have a WIFI connection, by any
chance?

Shoshana, who will save this email, in case they aren't.

Jane, the Amazon Web site isn't always as cooperative as it could be.
Here's a procedure for making sure you are downloading the Kindle
Keyboard update.

1. Logon to your Amazon account, and go to "Manage Your Kindle."

2. Activate the "Kindle Support" link.

3. Enter "updates" into the edit box next to the "Search Help Topics"
button, and then activate that button.

4. Activate the link labeled "Kindle Keyboard Software Update."

Hope this helps.

Craig
