If you’re talking about reading kindle books or other Amazon content, such as
on the web, no. Nothing else is available for US English. Amazon owns a whole
bunch of voices that they choose not to let us have access to. But if you want
English, and you’re not happy with what they give you, you can try UK or
Australian English to see if you like those any better. Otherwise, you’re stuck
with what Amazon lets you have. It’s so sad, because they own the entire stock
of Ivona voices that they bought several years ago, but they only choose to let
us have two out of mini available US English voices
