Hi,
Was wondering if anyone knows how to get on a public Wi-Fi network like at a
Starbucks or McDonalds to use the fire tablet? My wife had me take hers to the
local McDonalds to try while waiting for an order. I was able to get onto it
but it didn’t bring up anything to authenticate it, like it does when you
connect with an iPhone. I can open the Google Play store, and other apps will
connect but not completely load. The weather app says something about unable
to obtain a network and try again. I tap it and it keeps bringing it up. How
would I get on to use the tablet when out in public, where a web page pops up
at time of connecting to check a box or enter a password or what ever you do to
get on a public Wi-Fi network.
