Hi Henry. There are three ways to do this, but, here is probably the
easiest and safest way.
1. Tap (double tap) on the apps icon on the home page.
2. Swipe to the right, then, tapping on apps library.
3. Swipe until you hear the app you are looking for, then continue to
swipe until you hear more options.
4. Tap on more options, then swipe for the options.
5. Tap on the option you want. There are two. Delete from device and
delete from cloud. If you delete from device, you will be able to
either download or delete from cloud later, and, if from cloud, you
have removed completely.
Note that some apps on the Fire, such as, music, books, silk browser,
email are default Fire apps and can't be removed!
