[vi-kindle] dead Kindle Keyboard?

I hadn't used my Kindle Keyboard for a while. So, I plugged in the charger for about twelve hours before turning on the unit. Nothing happened. I connected to my pc to see if the Kindle would show up. Again, nothing happened.

Are there any suggestions?
