[vi-kindle] Up-coming Fire 8HD dimensions

Ok.  Answered my own question.  What will be the fire 8HD 7th Generation is
9.2MM as opposed to the current 6th generation which is 9.7mm.   That would
mean forking out for a new case too so I think I might hold off and hope
Alexa comes as an update soon.
