Turn the tablet on by holding the power button down for about 5
seconds. Wait about 30 to 40 seconds for it to fully turn on. Hold
down the power button for about 2 seconds and then put 2 finger tips
on the touch screen about a half inch apart and wait for it to start
speaking. Do not remove your finger tips until the tablet has announce
that VoiceView is turned on. It takes about 7 seconds for it to turn
on depending of course how fast one counts.
