[vi-kindle] Turning on Voiceview on a Fire HD 10

Our family just ordered the Fire Tablets HD 10 on sale, and they should be here today.

Is it possible to turn on Voiceview without sighted help, or will I need assistance in getting started?

Could I tell Alexa to do that off the bat, or will she need to be set up first and linked to my Amazon account?
