Already replied. Here's his response. I have already replied to that too
telling him it's not just me who's experiencing this. I do hate it when app
developers treat you like you're stupid lol.

Hi Kerry,
Thank you for your reply. If this problem only occurs with the TuneIn Radio Pro
version, please, let’s go ahead and try to do the following:
Clear the cache and data for the app:
1. Open your device’s Settings app Settings.
2. Tap Apps or Application manager (depending on your device, this may be
different).
3. On the list, tap the app.
4. Tap Storage.
5. Tap Clear cache and Clear Data.
If that doesn’t solve it, please re-start your device:
To restart your Android phone or tablet, press your device’s power button for
about 30 seconds, until your device restarts. Rebooting your device gives it a
fresh start. Sometimes, that’s all you need to fix an issue.
If you continue to have issues, you can re-install the app. Caution: Any data
saved in this app will be erased such as any saved records from TuneIn Radio
Pro.
Re-install the app:
1. Touch & hold the app you want to uninstall.
2. Drag the app to Uninstall at the top of the screen.
3. Please go ahead and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store. Go ahead
and try our app again.
Make sure as well to confirm the version you have of TuneIn Radio Pro is the

you might also tell him that the only reason for someone to use voice-view is
because they are blind; perhaps partial vision, but, assuming that is a no-no.
