Hi kerri. hit vincent with another email and tell him to reread your
original post and reread his reply.
you might also tell him that the only reason for someone to use
voice-view is because they are blind; perhaps partial vision, but,
assuming that is a no-no.
or instead, just tell him that he missed the boat and why.
maybe he'll get the hint.
