[vi-kindle] Scrolling to the top of a list in a Kindle book

I am reading today's newspaper on my Fire. I have opened the navigation drawer to read headlines. I skipped down to the sports section to find a particular article. If I go back to the navigation list, is there a way to scroll back up to the top of the list? I read through the guide to reading books with VoiceView and didn't see anything.
