Hello everyone,
I can't seem to remember whether or not I've asked this question on the list
already, but thought I'd ask again as I wasn't able to find any information on
how to do this with VoiceView. My question is, how does one go about
rearranging apps on the home screen? There was one app that I wanted to have at
the top of the screen, and my sister was able to move it visually, however when
I tried double tapping and holding and dragging the app on the screen, the app
didn't move. Currently I have Launcher Hijack and Rootless Launcher on my Fire
7 tablet, but I want to be able to use the Fire OS default homescreen more
effectively, in case my current setup stops working. I called Amazon
Accessibility and asked them about this, but unfortunately the gentleman I
spoke to didn't seem to have a good grasp of the screenreader, and wasn't able
to assist me.
If possible, I would appreciate it if one of you could please send me a step by
step guide on how to move apps around on the home screen using VoiceView.
As always, thank you in advance for all your help!
Kind regards,
Siena.
