I was wondering, there was a update to barde mobile for ios a few days
back. Has bard mobile for the fire been updated as well?

1. As for the Bard Mobile app, when you login into the app on your
Fire tablet for the first time after installing, you are given an
option to either download to the internal or external. In this case
opt for external. The 7 inch 9th Generation 16 Gb 2019 Fire tablet you
are referring to can be found just about everywhere. It lists for
$39.99 at Staples/Target/Best Buy/Kohl's.
2. Having said that, here are more thoughts from me. JMHO. Not sure
why you would want to keep multiple NLS BARD books on the Fire tablet
unless you are reading all of them at the same time. I just hit the
computer and put books I want to read in the Wish List. Then I can go
to the Wish List on my Fire tablet download that book and read. As for
Audible, they are stored in the cloud, so my recommendation would be
the same.
3. The whole idea of the Wish List and Cloud is that you can have
content available but not stored on the device no matter the ability
of the device to store or, in many cases with the Fire tablet, price.
A low-cost/cheap device to read but not store much content.
4. Now, I don't have an Audible account, but, still, if I am correct,
there is no problem having Audible files land on the SD memory card.

5. I do have a 7 inch 5th Generation Fire with 8 Gb of internal memory
and the SD card slot. However, saying all this, I purchased a
used/like new 6 inch 4th Generation Fire tablet with 16 Gb of internal
memory for $30. With that memory, one can probably store the number of
books one want at one time although this tablet has no slot for a SD
memory card. I purchased this same Fire tablet in 2015 as my first
touchscreen device. Since discontinued but can be found used of
course.
6. Now, one of the reasons I purchased the 6 inch was that the virtual
keyboard still had voice dictation that worked great. However,
yesterday I noticed that the voice dictation no longer works. I sent
an email to Amazon asking what was up. Stay tuned!
