Hi. Yes, this is my biggest pet peeve too. I actually contacted amazon about
this myself when I got my kindle fire. I was told that if I was looking for
narration, perhaps I ought to listen to an audio book instead. How about that
for a response then? That was from an amazon customer service agent by the
way. It seems that if you email the kindle accessibility address and you are
from the UK, you automatically get pushed back to amazon.co.uk support so i'm
no sure whether this makes a difference to the type of response you get.
