Hi Craig,
I was just curious if it would make a difference. Stability within iOS and the
natively supported apps has taken real beating since iOS 7 and now iOS 8 have
been released. I think the smartest thing Apple could do is release a new
Version of iOS every two years instead of every year. I do personally believe
all iOS users would be better off for it if that change was made. I personally
don't have to have a new version of iOS every year to be happy with my iPhone
and iPad mini.

Hello, Gene.

With the defaults I fared no better. Please bear in mind, though, that I have
noticed the problem with the Nook app, not the Kindle one.

Hello, Jim.

I have noticed this annoyance from time to time, but primarily when using the
Nook app for iOS. You might try fooling around with font size and line
spacing and such. I did a bit of playing around trying to eliminate the
pauses in a Nook book but to no avail.

Hi to the list.
I have purchased a Kindle book through the Kindle store, when reading it
with the iPhone in IOS 8.3, there are line breaks in the middle of sentences.
When examining it word by word, the phrase new line is spoken in the midst
of sentences, but not when actually reading the book, there is only a slight
pause within the sentence itself.
Not a deal breaker for sure, but still kind of annoying, since I have not
had this occur with prior kindle purchases.
Just wondering if there are any settings within the Kindle app that might
help to eliminate this proglem?
Thanks a lot.
