hi carol. glad to help. yes. i did my deletions in several sessions.
but, got in alot of swiping and tapping practice.
to get back to beginning or chapters of a book, pull down the
side-menu by tapping on the (i think this is the sequence) tap to
change footer and then you are in navigation panel/library. swiping,
you will find lots of info in there. explore. you won't break
anythingh!
the above directions are close to the mark. but, i use continuous
reading almost all the time, including letting alexa read the book
back in continuous reading. for that tap to get alexa running then say
"read followed by the name of the book" and the reading will follow
continuously in the alexa voice. try it!
the gesture link i gave in the previous mail is also a good reference.
