I still have my Kindle Keyboard.  I need to find out if it still works.

I use voice dream reader on my I pad mini to read Kindle books I converted with codex.

2010. still got it. works as well as ever, and, it is my go-to
appliance for reading codex converted books, especially text.

and, anything i have converted from pdf using my convert by kindle dot
com address.

as for echo. when you figure out how to interface alexa with your
fire, throw out a post. i'd be interested in your comments.
