Actually, you can say "read Kindle book" and then the name; I just tried it.
But it will work without the "Kindle book" part.

I believe you have to specify tunein but I am not absolutely sure about that.

I have confirmed that the book is downloaded to my Fire. VoiceView did begin
reading the Note from the Author. I stopped that reading and then asked Alexa
to read the book. I tried saying "Read Kindle book Houston in the Rear-view
Mirror, and "Play Kindle book Houston in the rear-view Mirror. In both cases,
the message was that Alexa could not find it in my Kindle library.
And yes, I have asked Alexa to play National Public Radio, and it came back
with my local station, not from TuneIn, as I expected, but from I Heart Radio.
I don't have either app on my Fire.
I sent feedback through the Alexa site. I got the usual boiler-plate message
that I need to call or chat with them because more information is needed. I
had mentioned that I was using VoiceView. I really don't think this is an
accessibility issue. I'm going to set up a call or chat and see what happens.
