Comments need to be put into a document, and saved as a PDF.
Go the Comment Filing System here:
http://apps.fcc.gov/ecfs/comment/view?id=6017461446
Click on the link for Proceeding Number 10-213 (under “Detailed Filing
Information”)
Click on the Link “Submit A Filing In 10-2013” (near the top of the page).
Complete the Contact Info: Name of Filer, Email Address
Details: Type of Filing Should be “COMMENT” (you can leave the rest blank)
Complete the Address Information
Under Documents, click Browse. Navigate to where your comments document
is stored.
Click Continue.
In the next screen, Look for the link that says “Confirm>”
Comments will be accepted until September 3.
