I need some help with this too because I'm buying the Fire Tablet Eight and it
comes with its own keyboard. I did pair my Apple keyboard with my Fire Seven,
but it is clunky and obviously, I can't use most of the keystrokes that work
with my iPhone. A tutorial would be wonderful.

For the Kindle fire eight, is there any way of being able to dictate text?
Otherwise, what external keyboards are people using that can be physically
connected to the device via the USB port? Currently I did manage to pair it
with my Apple Bluetooth keyboard, but if I don’t have to turn on the blue
tooth, that would save on battery. I would want something that they keys art so
narrow and close together that they are hard to distinguish from each other; in
that respect, the Apple keyboard works out very well for me. Appreciate any
thoughts.
