Hi.  I just wanted to pop in and say that I've been playing Crafting Kingdom on my iPhone for years.  Yes, you turn off the speech when the game is open and has focus.  It has its own self voicing component, so no need to worry about playing the game.  It is 100% accessible.

If I want to use other aspects on my phone I simply turn Voice Over back on with a quick triple click of my home button, or I ask Siri to do it.

There is also an accessibility mode that needs to be turned on in the game's options panel before the self voicing component works.

I am not sure how this all would apply to the Fire or any other Amazon tablet.  I admit I haven't played much with mine lately. But if someone is interested in trying out Crafting Kingdom, checking the accessibility mode function would be the first place to start.  As I said, it's 100% accessible on iOS and the company is very open to suggestions about making their games work for blind users.

Hi Michael. I installed the game using the Google Play Store on my
Fire tablet. This time there was a notice that said for me to turn-off
talk-back to continue. Can't do that and use my Fire tablet.

There was also a Play button that didn't respond perhaps because I
didn't turn off talk-back.

Still, note that this install was a bit different from the one from
the Amazon app store. A bit more than just the music.

I am not a gamer, so can't really help you with games as such.

Stay well. William
