[vi-kindle] Converting My Kindle Book

Hello, Everyone,
A couple of days ago I bought a Kindle book which I would like to convert to a Braille file, as it is a book of knitting patterns. I can read the book on my Fire 7 but cannot locate the file; where is it stored? I tried converting from the Kindle for PC app with Codex but produced errors. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
