The Dot sure can! Actually, I like the new Dot, because I can connect it to my
speaker of choice and pair any bluetooth devices directly to the Dot. I find
this much cleaner and I have less confusion about what is connected to which
device.

Yes it can if you activate the bluetooth on the echo. The echo or tap and
probably the dot also can pick up bard when bluetooth is activated. Just say
"alexa, connect bluetooth". I have used bard via bluetooth with the echo and
the tap.

Echo
Hello, All,
I am using the BARD ap on my Kindle Fire successfully but am considering
buying an Echo, so I would like to know if the BARD ap would work with Alexa.
Thanks.
