install from your Fire tablet or from your computer?

I'm frustrated with Amazon. They seem to make things harder and harder.
I've also found their Kindle and Echo support people to be less than
helpful. If they don't have an answer they say they'll call back and
they never do.
The disability support folks are great but they can only help with main
Amazon questions. Ugh!
