though, I was able to change to C. It's 20 degrees C here.

You're correct, this stuff ain't perfect. But, I think that I moved
around with my finger to get right on the line and then double tapped.
I've filed this for another tip to the accessibility wizards at Amazon.

left to right For the temperature it is not clear whether it is set to
metric or not, although the other settings are much clearer as to which they
are set to.
