Hi David. If you want to practice, set up your email with the default
Fire email client. You'll be able to practice if you send emails to
yourself through your computer and then doing a reply. In the message
area, you can type all you want.
Stay well ... William

I am a new Kindle Fire User like many. I have paired a cheap Bluetooth
keyboard to help me on the Kindle.
However I do not seem to be able to find any text editing programs
which provide access to normal key echo either by character and or Word.
I can type text OK in edit fields like login boxes but even here there
does not seem any indication as to whether a letter is capitalised which is
important for login and passwords.
In order to practice with the keyboard I tried to find a text editing
app.
I tried something called I think Writer and Office on the Fire but
neither seemd to provide an accessible experience for typing text. If I am
incorrect some tips on how to get to the edit area in either program would
be good.
Is there an accessible Text Editing app for the Kindle either through the
inbuilt apps or the Amazon Store.
Thanks.
