hi. the kindle gen 8 uses bluetooth to connect to a speaker or
earbuds/phones. this kindle does not have a internal speaker or audio
out mini input for the same.
unless, of course, one could connect to one's phone by bluetooth for
sound. however, that is above my paygrade in technical expertise
/smile.
