I have had this happen before with amazon sites. If you use any mobile site, they will not work. Try using www.amazon.com to search for books or anything you might want to download. Also, it may not be a browser issue unless it is beung used on a device instead of a standard computer.

I haven't called support, but I still have the existing of not being to buy
kindle books without going to amazon.com/access. If I try it gives me this
message that we don't support buying books from this mobile device, which
of course this is not.   I even tried firefox, same problem.  I thought
perhaps it was because this is an xp box, so tried it with latest explorer
on my seven machine, same message.  All it says I can add it to my wish
list. I just go to kindle/access which doesn't let me donate to my selected
charity on kindle.

We have h ad some dealings with Amazon lately and all I know is they
will put things in your cart but will not help you check out over the
phone.  LI have never heard of anyone doing this before. You may get a
link that works or maybe not.  There is too mch change in the way Amazon
used to be for the blind, and actually without sighted help we used to
just go in and do the whole thing ourselves.  Now we are more disabled
because it is how the site is.  Am I missing something that might help
it work better?
