Will this work on a regular echo device? And what's the exact phrasing to

It can be a little particular. At first tonight it wasn’t cooperating with me,
then when I went into my skills from the menu, I did what it said for sample
utterances. I launched RT for both the US and the UK, NFL now, Al Jazeera come
up in English this time, the swim channel, and Al Jazeera Arabic. Try saying
something like, changing the channel number to whatever you want of course:
Alexa, open Stream player and start channel 19 (That is C-SPAN three)..
