hmm. i"m not sure what adapter you're referring to. I have yet to see
an SD card come with an adapter of any kind. Normally SD card adapters
are included but aren't preinstalled on any type of microSD cards.
They're normally found sitting next to a microSD card in the
packaging. It's so one can use a microSD card on a device which takes
SD cards. But you'll want a microSD card instead of SD if you're going
to use it with your Fire Tablet.
