Shelley,

What a neat idea and clever too. That sounds like something someone could 
make and offer at a convention or clicker training meeting or something. 
There is also an elastic which can be used for jewelry making in the same 
way. I believe you have to crimp the ends together once you would get the 
beads and the clicker in place, and perhaps the people who run the bead 
store would be willing to help someone with it if the skills weren't in 
place. That is really a neat idea.
