      Jeff,
Could you please ask your guys in NVA to look for some interference on
148.350?

It is a carrier that comes on every 10-11 seconds and keys the
transmitter. Apparently it eminates from the direction of Andrews AFB and we
intend to go look for it but would like to narrow it down a bit more.

What I need is for several of your guys to take beam headings from their
locations and send them back to me with their exact location or as an
alternative send me their amateur calls and I will plot the info.

As they listen to that freq you may also find some non MARS voice traffic
on it. I need a bearing on that as well along with any info you might hear
regarding the location of the offender.

      Thanks

      Jim
