[va-richmond-general] osprey nest

It appears that the osprey nest on the tower at the north end of the Willy
Bridge has fallen. Couldn't stop to get a good look, but two osprey were
circling the area and the tower looked empty. Hope that my Monday morning eyes
were looking at the wrong tower! Can somebody check it out?
