[va-richmond-general] goose with fish-hook

This bird was spotted on the UR campus. It has a fish-hook caught at the corner
of the gape & lower mandible. Apparently it can eat quite well, but who knows
how long that can last - there seems to be quite a bit of swelling. Does
anyone have any suggestions for removal or a good vet/rehabilitator who could
take this on?
