This afternoon at 4:00 pm a group of eight tundra swans flew low overhead at
the intersection of Three Chopt Road and Lauderdale Road. They were heading in
a northwesterly direction. I am new to the area so I don’t know how common they
are here. They are frequently seen in migration in the upper midwest.
