Are there any Peregrine watchers in the group that can give me a bit more
information about the resident pair in Richmond? I just started following this
pair last year and remember that the nest failed. Does anyone know if this
pair migrates during the winter or not? Also, I’m wondering why Steven may
have seen 3 of them. I know they are very territorial, so do you think the
resident pair may have been driving out an intruder? I’m hoping this may mean
that we will have more than one pair in the Richmond area this year!

Three peregrine falcons flying between the west Riverfront Plaza tower and the
Federal Reserve building. Spotted from Kanawha Plaza around 1:00 p.m. Coming
back to nest, I guess.
