There is an unusual number of waterfowl on Swift Creek Reservoir now. From the
pulloff on Genito Rd, one can see many hundreds and even thousands of distant
waterfowl. Many are close enough to ID, and today this included a juvenile
Red-throated Loon! Also seen was a late Rough-winged Swallow. Just after I got
there Arun Bose pulled up and we spent time getting a count of what we were
