This afternoon, at Willis Church Marsh in Henrico, I observed several swallows
over the marsh. They were not tree swallows. Can someone offer me some insight
into what I may have observed. I thought maybe barn swallows but they are a
"summer" bird according to my Audubon app and haven't been observed in the past
thirty days (or so says my app lol). I am wondering if they were northern rough
winged swallows.
