If you would be interested in participating in a Richmond Audubon component of
this year's Rusty Blackbird Blitz (Feb. 1 - Feb. 20) focused on the Lower James
River Important Bird Area, please respond to me off the listserv. This will be
a loosely organized distributed effort - the main point is getting coverage and
submitting the data in a uniform format. Your travel expenses to reach sites
with habitat favorable to Rusty Blackbirds will be reimbursable under a Chapter
Collaboration grant from National Audubon. I'll look forward to hearing from
you!
