For the past week, two plump females come to my feeder each morning and early
evening along with stopping off for a sip of the pineapple sage nectar.
Yesterday about noon, a slender male stopped by the feeder for a drink.

One RT H-bird this morning (Monday) in Stratford Hills.
Two plants blooming strongly right now, and they are where the hummers are
nectaring: black & blue salvia and pineapple sage. Next year - more black &
blue salvia!
Good birding

I had a scrawny juvenile this morning at my feeder here in Midlothian - just
west of the Chesterfield County line and just across the river from the
Tuckahoe Creek. It's my first year with a feeder at this location so, I
don't have a basis for comparison, although I have been getting individuals
every day for the past week.
