[va-richmond-general] Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Bald Eagle

A Rose-breasted Grosbeak was heard today about 8:30 am, Sept. 14th, at the corner of Springfield Road and Greenmeadow Circle, Glen Allen.
A mature Bald Eagle was seen at 1346 hours on Saturday, Sept. 12th on Hungary Spring Road. The bird was attempting to land in the road and pick at the remains of a dead opossum. I went home, got the shovel and removed the opossum to the side of the road. Did not see the Eagle again.
