I visited Robious Landing just after the rain stopped this morning. The
birds were in full song, even if they were still a little wet. Ever tried to
identify a wet LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH by sight alone when it's singing its head
off way high up in a tall tree? I also thought of them as ground dwellers.
The other highlight was an eastern race PALM WARBLER.
