I just caught a glimpse of the chick and 3 eggs with an adult perched on the 
side of the box.  You could just see the adult talons at the edge of the 
viewing screen.  She had returned to incubating in the next minute though.

I have just noticed on the web camera at
http://www.mcguirewoods.com/falcons/other.asp that one egg has hatched.
I could see another whole egg but could not see the third and fourth.
