[va-richmond-general] Rehabbed Mute Swan needs home immediately ~

A rehabbed Mute Swan has a temporary pardon by Dept. of Game and Inland
Fisheries for only 9 days.  If an appropriate home is not found it will be
euthanized.  Please contact Animal Services by phone or email if you have
helpful information - friends with a private lake for example, businesses
that would welcome it, etc.  Contact info such as names, phone numbers
and/or emails would be appreciated.  The link to the swan's story on
Facebook is below.



Thank you - it is a miracle the wildlife center has a grace period - most
swans are euthanized immediately as they are considered nuisance animals.
